I was intrigued! I was intrigued once I heard the concept. It took a little bit to get my head wrapped around the concept of being your own bank, and I had a lot of questions for MC. MC answered most of them right away, but didn't have all the answers and he went and researched and found me the answer very quickly! Since then, I've used the policy for down payments on several cash flow rental properties and I use it as a "savings" account for RE tax payments and insurance payments.
