Actual live person who was wonderful. The woman I dealt with, Lisa, was awesome. Unfortunately the software they use had a few glitches but Lisa figured a way around the problem. Maybe it was pandemic related. But nothing was a deal breaker. She searched for the best coverage for my medications. I’m confident that I got a great deal. I kept her contact information for future use.

Carl Lishing Carl Lishing, the local agent in Lakewood, Ohio, was extremely helpful. Though I had rudimentary knowledge of Medicare from years of handling my parents health issues, with the many additions and updates over the last few years, it's daunting to determine options outside the basics now available. Carl explained the basic breakdowns and then the options available within each. He spoke to you with the concern of your needs and budget. I greatly appreciated that.
