The mileage program have taken into consideration my age, 75 driving habits and developed a program affordable, reliable and efficient which has giving me the freedom to maneuver my daily chores with safety and dignity. I am especially pleased with the courteous, patient services it's web sight is easy to get on and explains up-to-date info and references needed to resolve most problems and when I need to speak with customer service they are their without long Waits and nonchalant answers, giving the appearance of caring, I can recall recently talking with customer services about a fraud charge on my card via my bank that I feared would disrupt my services with Tolliver Agency for nonpayment, I was reassured that i had a grace period and reminded me that she would work with me so there would not be a breakdown in communication, giving me the added confidence that I was heard. Great customer service , i.e. courteous, empathetic listeners before and after the sell unlike most insurance companies whose main concern is Money and More Money with no real concern or solution i.e. The Mileage program reaches a population of seniors often ignored.
