I was sceptical I was sceptical, but I'm glad I have it! Working in the service department at a dealership, I have some experience with extended warranty companies. Some great and some horrible. I found Chaiz and was a bit concerned about the plans offered for the price, as it was much less than what I can get them for at employee cost. I looked into the sample contract and everything looked fine- it's important to note that I selected NAAC as the provider and the rest of the review is mostly related to their company. Two vehicles and about $4000 in repairs covered already and I'm only in about 8 months. Both were AC jobs- but the response for the advisor on approvals was fast and the payment was same day as the paperwork submitted. Great company and awesome providers. I will use them exclusively for extended warranty policies.

Not so sure My experience BEFORE I purchased a warranty package was excellent. I had a bunch of questions for the reps & they responded quickly & thoroughly – one completely went out of his way to help me – even called while on a trip abroad. THEN I purchased it & the excellent service stopped. I had to email one of the reps twice before she answered, and then she gave me misinformation. I didn’t want my account on auto debit & she gave me a number to call. I called & the rep asked for my Vin, put me on hold for about five minutes then transferred me, without telling me, to an external trash company I called BACK & got another rep who told I didn’t have the option to change it. So I’m not sure WHAT to believe. I have a feeling this is an indication of things to come with them.
