Jessica Perez went above and beyond Jessica Perez went above and beyond. Thanks to her diligence we are insured. I had contacted other companies and rates were totally ridiculous for renter's flood insurance. Jessica performed her job OUTSTANDINGLY and we are no covered. :)

She answered all of my questions and concerns.Then, while I was thinking about what to do, she gave me time to think. She then followed up nicely and I decided that if she represented the type of customer service and interest I would receive as a customer, then this is the company I would go with.She is a great representative.
