I've had no contact I've had no contact. No email of weather or Weather not . Just a rate us Email Yes I looked deeply and checked my Account for refund. As there was rain on my Vacation.

Worth it I am really glad I got this insurance. When I was booking my trip the weather was iffy. I still decided risk it and book, but I bought weather promise to give me peace of mind. It worked out and the weather was nice! I was glad I had weather promise in case it did rain.
