USshady They want my credit card details before sending me policy information. i found it on their website and can see why they dont like to show it before taking your money (125.00 labor rate maximum and 3500 maximum pay out. as a senior i need to see everything before signing update, in the contract it stated that WE (the customers) will have to pay a $500 cancelation fee and 10% of the policy which was not mentioned to me on our phone call. reply: Your policy does not specifically state that the maximum payout is only for the basic powertrain.

USRepair claim We have a policy on my husband's Porsche. Had to go in because the car was overheating and the dealership advised us to replace the water pump. National approved the claim quickly and paid the dealership directly.

USGood service Good service from them. Sales agent Alex Porter very helpful and not pushy. Gave me a great rate and the best plan of all companies I spoke to.

USThermostat replacement I'm a mechanic. Had a mutual customer come in recently for replacement of the thermostat on their vehicle. The adjuster Aaron Harper approved it promptly and paid me once the repairs were completed. Smooth process
