US"This Company straight up lied to me!" This Company straight up lied to me. They said they need my payment method just to get a Diminished value estimate. If I like the estimate they can proceed with services. I was promised a 24-48 hour service. We'll, they charged me. Then once I contacted them, they was rude and asked me not to call and or leave anymore messages. I haven't received any service from them since. "Don't Make the mistake I've done."#ScamLikly

USI got quoted from a guy who said that… I got quoted from a guy who said that the diminished value would be $4000. Then they come with their experts and tell me it's only $800. There was even frame damage on the car. After some communication they did issue me a full refund.

USI see this group as a fraud and they… I see this group as a fraud and they just take the money and they will never respond after taking the money. There was a small open question from the insurance company for more then a week I am doing all kinds of follow-ups with no response. I am open to share the proof of emails / payments and their response (no response) after multiple follow ups.
