A quick internet search and I learned what it was and where to get one. The gentleman that I spoke with was so very helpful, walked me through the whole process and was available to answer further questions I had. I hope to never need a vehicle bond again, but if I do, I will be going to the same place.

Holding my money for an "unknown" amount of time after they made a mistake. Dismal. By their mistake, they approved a bond for a car title for me. After lots of back and forth, literally TEN DAYS of correspondence with me as the intermediary between DMV, tax collector, and Surety Solutions, I was told they could not issue my bond. Okay, annoying, but that's okay. They tried to get things right up to that point and were polite. They told me they would give me a refund. One month later and I'm checking my credit cards, but guess what... no refund. Nice. I email them and they tell me that Arthur J. Gallagher, the new owner, instituted a policy where they put my money in a black box to ostensibly be reviewed for refund. Not only that, but after holding it for a month they told me it would take an "unknown number of days" more to get a refund to me. It's not my fault you approved my bond as I'm not the one claiming to be a bond expert here, that's your responsibility. There's nothing complicated about it, stop fondling my hundred bucks after we dissolved the bond that I paid for and give it back.
