GBExtremely poor customer service I called Endurance Vehicle Warranty, about a quote. I spoke with "John". He was extremely pushy and very high pressured. At one point he told me, "Steve, I'm just trying to...", I interrupted hom, and told him, that I think it best to end the call. At that point, I called and lodged a complaint with Endurance customer service. If that's their culture at Endurance to try and strong arm their prospective customers, then they'll be losing more customers than just me.

GBDesi Desi did an excellent job with my quote and answered all my questions an sent me my endurance purchase on line and pointed out key factors I needed to know. All good, mind you and it made it much easier to explain to my husband that works out of town. Thank you, Thank you!!

GBThe customer service I received was… The customer service I received was 10/10 5 stars top tier. George was knowledgeable and kind. I myself manage an internet sales department and was very impressed by his sales/customer service skills. Can't speak for the warranty itself seeing as I haven't had to use it, but from what I could tell the coverage exceeded others by far. Impressed all the way around.
