GBHave a backup plan Was offered and interview via 3rd party. Interview went excellent. Had already obtained my license. Was told I would be hearing about getting my equipment and start date within 24-48 hours. Only to be told in 72 hours that they were going in another direction. Wasted an hour and a half interviewing for what? & no source of information on why it changed. Dont get someone’s hopes up in this economy that they have employment if they don’t.

GBReasonable experience Good experience, it just took a little while to find out my answer. A email was sent using industry language that I did not know what was being asked for. Possibly word the requests in layman's terms so that it can easily understood. Basically I was being asked for letter stating why I was losing my insurance. The email asked for some industry form that i had no clue what it meant. Two chats and a call to help line cleared it up though.

CAExcellent choice of plans but ask lots of questions and read the details yourself before making a final decision I liked that the additional plan that I chose does have good benefits and seems to be a good one. However the sales representative who talked me into it was not thorough. He said that I could receive $60 worth of free groceries. He failed to find out whether I qualify for this benefit. Only individuals with certain chronic health conditions qualify for this benefit. I only learned this today, a week after he enrolled me, by reading the details of the plan. I told him more than once that overall am very healthy and have NO major health conditions. He should not have pushed that benefit and told me that I would be able to receive those $60 worth of free groceries.

GBPlease run from this company Please run from this company. They prey on the elderly. I walked into my eighty-five year old Dad’s house as he was answering questions to what he thought was his insurance company. They are frauds and their sales representative Christopher Suida should be fired. My Dad told them several times that he was eighty-five and did not understand their questions. When I got on the phone Mr. Suida was indignant that I had interrupted his call.
