GBI would give a ZERO Review I would give a ZERO Review. Same as most of the reviews on here. Claim denied although it was a covered item. Asked for Arbitration as it states in the Policy....still waiting. Asked for refund of balance of contract, roughly $600 of the $1800 I paid up front. Crickets and it has been 4 month and I have contacted five times as well. Heading to Small Claims Court in Sangamon County Illinois next to get my money I paid for Transmission ($8711). When I win, and I will, I will garnish and freeze their bank accounts. lets see if that prompts a quick response. DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

GBPleasant experience working with Roger Miller A friend of mine referred me to Select Auto Protect. He has used his warranty and said it was a very simple process. I worked with Roger to purchase my warranty. I had spoken with Roger 2 years ago and it was nice to see he is still with the company. He made the experience easy, and answered all my questions. After reviewing the contract, I had additional questions and Roger responded quickly to my email. While I just purchased the warranty, and haven't had a need to use it yet, I feel comforted knowing I don't have to worry about outrageous car repair costs. GBAdam is The Man! Adam was very patient and thorough throughout the lengthy process of about 2 weeks it took before I signed on the dotted line! He answered all questions and concerns I had and even went the extra step to match my budget and offer additional incentives that gave me no choice but to close the deal! If you ever need any extended warranty on your vehicle(s), make sure you ask for Adam! He'll take care of you, for sure!

GBI truly do not understand these bad… I truly do not understand these bad reviews? Granted many of the positive review seem to be about sales, well in terms of actually using the policy my recent claim went off with a hitch! My car needed some cooling work repairs as all went well! The approval was quick as my mechanic was paid...Keep up the great work, Select!!
