Pleasant experience working with Roger Miller A friend of mine referred me to Select Auto Protect. He has used his warranty and said it was a very simple process. I worked with Roger to purchase my warranty. I had spoken with Roger 2 years ago and it was nice to see he is still with the company. He made the experience easy, and answered all my questions. After reviewing the contract, I had additional questions and Roger responded quickly to my email. While I just purchased the warranty, and haven't had a need to use it yet, I feel comforted knowing I don't have to worry about outrageous car repair costs. Contract and warranty I requested an extended warranty on a 2000 plymouth prowler with 16,300 miles and was given a 5 year 60,000 warranty. This was seamless for the contract now let's see if Select Auto backs this contract and warranty on my 2000 prowler.

I would give a ZERO Review I would give a ZERO Review. Same as most of the reviews on here. Claim denied although it was a covered item. Asked for Arbitration as it states in the Policy....still waiting. Asked for refund of balance of contract, roughly $600 of the $1800 I paid up front. Crickets and it has been 4 month and I have contacted five times as well. Heading to Small Claims Court in Sangamon County Illinois next to get my money I paid for Transmission ($8711). When I win, and I will, I will garnish and freeze their bank accounts. lets see if that prompts a quick response. DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Enough of these bad reviews Enough of these bad reviews, not only did I take out one policy but two. I needed some work done on 2017 Chevy as my mechanic nor myself had any problems in getting the work needed approved and fixed....all went off without a hitch! I have dealt with other warranty companies and considering the price I paid plus the quickness of the approval my car was properly fixed and mechanic was paid.

David Richman David Richman made the whole experience stress and hassle free. Very knowledgeable, followed up with me with no pressure. David is exudes quality, trust, and reassurance. My vehicle is a fully loaded Turbo diesel, and the package he proposed covers everything that would be high dollar repairs. Thank you sir for making this experience the best out of all the warranty companies I researched, by far! Very happy customer. Future warranties will be through select auto.
