GBDiscussed with Ross Lundberg the need… Discussed with Ross Lundberg the need for revisiting my policy details, spoke with him twice and twice he said he no longer handles my account changes and he would forward the info on. 3 weeks have passed and no contact from the company. For the heavy premiums I'm paying, would expect much better service.
