USThey do what they promise, and more This is an affordable, stable approach for Whole Life coverage for your final expenses whether you're healthy, or you're a smoker or have health issues that would result in your application being denied or would be very expensive with other insurance companies. This company specifically sells final expense protection. Your whole life insurance is with you for life, and very importantly there are no rate increases or policy term endings at certain ages in the fine print as with most other "no medical exam required" policies offered by major competitors. As with most other companies you do need to have the policy in force for 2 years to collect the total face value. Claims are paid as promised when the death certificate is presented. If you haven't planned your final expenses in advance (like my parents) this company will literally be there to help you as you're arranging the funeral so you don't get ripped off in your most emotionally vulnerable moments. I don't know of any other company that does that and also pays out so quickly, and that's why I've recommended it to others.

USI wrote a bad review last year I write a review almost a year ago that wasn’t positive. I’m a mother of one child who passed last year due to cancer, she was 36. I was very hurt because every thing comes so fast, you can’t think or breathe. Burial, cremation, which funeral home, who to call, etc. When we decided to go with Senior Life, Kyle David, regional sales director who sold us our policies came over two days after my daughter passed and helped the all her preparations. He told us that in the beginning and true to his word, he was at my dining table helping me. I was having difficulties with the policy because she passed before the two years of her policy. She did not have cancer when we bought the policies. Well, without a lot of misinformation and me being distraught, grieving and angry, I wrote my review, which is how I felt I was being treated. This put me in contact with Mr Mitch Conner. The gentleman who’s been with the company 34 years is amazing, compassionate and understanding. It did take us awhile to figure it all out. He worked tirelessly with his wonderful staff, there are thousands of clients and they treated me like I was their only one. I apologize for my emotions and hurt doing my talking. I also apologize to the two employees I offended, I did, I am truly sorry for that. So, the bottom line is to take a breath before saying hurtful words that the whole world can read. I still have my policy with Senior Life for 2.5 years and I’m keeping it. This is a good company. I received 5 Star treatment! Thank you again Mr Mitch Conner, thank you

USThey dont have many insurance options… They dont have many insurance options to sell. If you want to make good sales you have to really understand your options and how to sell them.

USThis is an MLM insurance company and they will rip you off. This is an MLM scam insurance company. They claim they have an A rating with the better business bureau but when you head over to BBB you will see 1k plus negative reviews and they are not even rated and if they were rated it would be a C-. Comments like never paid my family member's claim. The 2nd red flag is they will charge you fees just to join their IMO( what a joke) They are scam artists in every way from scamming the consumer to scamming their agents. Please stay away from this company with the fake leads that are way over priced and the scam policies that do not pay out when they are supposed to pay the policy holders. After working for this company for 1 one month I saw how they treat customers and the agents. They only care about the almighty dollar. I wasted over 600 buck from joining and buying junk leads. MLM is the category of this company.
