I RAN INTO A SMALL ISSUE WITH GETTING A REIMBURSEMENT ON MY OIL CHANGE, WHICH I WILL ADMIT WAS MY FAULT, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT WERE UNDERSTANDING AND FAST TO FIX MY ERROR. Service with Evercare I’m never had a problem with the service from Evercare. Each time I’ve had a problem with my car and my dealership called them, I was covered. What a blessing EverCare was and still is to me. I think they have paid out more my car than I paid to them since I became a member. I really appreciate them.
