GBNo Response I filled out the contact form for Safely through Lodgify since they partner, and Safely was listed in Lodgify's marketplace. After filling out the form twice and not hearing back, I called. I was told someone would call me back. A week later, I hadn't heard back, so I called again. I was again told a salesperson wasn't available, and they'd call me back. This has been the only hold-up with completing my rental website. Since I've waited two weeks, I'm moving on. Either this company doesn't exist, or they aren't taking new customers.

GBDon't use it if you have to move fast. Safely is not built for serious furnished rental businesses. If you can afford to wait more than 3-5 days for screening results then this company's offerings are suitable. We were told some screeners can take weeks to come back. This is AFTER you've already charged your guest money. If they cancel you're on the hook for the processing fees from the card provider. I will most likely update this review to be less crucial after Safely gives us explanation on why we are not receiving the output in service they advertise.
