User friendly app and prompt service I have been shopping for auto insurance for about a month and I kept getting the runaround from many companies. Needless to say, they were blowing up my phone and my email. Safe Auto is professional, without the nonsense of them sending you repetitively emails and text messages. Payments due early instead of every 30 days Paid to start the policy and got another bill 12 days later. Instead of the policy renewing on the same day I started it every month it now looks like I’m paying it late. Silliest thing I’ve ever seen. I have exactly 30 days to pay it but after the 12th day it’s late and if it’s not paid by the date it should actually finally be due, it’s cancelled.

Selecting the correct type of policy… Selecting the correct type of policy that I wanted should not have been hard. I wanted full coverage but was given the other. When I tried to upgrade I was told I couldn’t. Then I’m charged $6 to pay online, if you enclosed an envelope inside my billing I would just mail it in. I’m definitely changing providers. Please don’t call because this is set in stone
