User friendly app and prompt service I have been shopping for auto insurance for about a month and I kept getting the runaround from many companies. Needless to say, they were blowing up my phone and my email. Safe Auto is professional, without the nonsense of them sending you repetitively emails and text messages. Safe Auto Customer Service IS THE…WORSE Safe Auto Customer Service IS THE WORSE!! No one at Safe Auto is capable of answering the simplest questions. This "Company" charges me $75/mo for a "Non-Owner" Policy, but then starts harassing me 7 Days later for another Payment. I called in to find out "Why". N O O N E at Safe Auto has the competence to answer just a basic question. After 3 Employees, I began asking for a "manager", and then wait on hold for 15mins just to be told "There aren't any managers available" - I just hung up!!! This is PATHETIC
