Nearly 5 Years - No Complaints! Getting insurance on day of car purchase (2018) was so quick/easy! At first, they freaked me out with the constant mailed "reminders" but once used to that - it's been smooth sailing! Literally, until one dark night couple yrs ago, coming home off night shift a deer vs. car happened to me! The claim process was MINDBOGGLINGLY quick/simple/easy-to-understand! The ONLY hold up was happened during "pandemic" and body-shop had issues getting parts... & then did a crappy-rush job... BUT my insurance company DID AWESOME!
