Do not let a guy name NATE PATTERSON take care of your claim, he is never at work, it took three weeks to finally get something done and by then there was no money left. I payed three weeks out of pocket for a rental and was never reimbursed, this man kept saying whenever I did get a hold of him he was gonna take care of it. (You Suck) This is one of the worst insurance companies I’ve ever encountered. They accept liability but don’t pay out claiming they’re responsible client only had 5000 liability and that the funds were exhausted due to storage and tow fees which means I got nothing and they have my car and I’m sure their going to sell it.

I was happy till I signed up and paid… I was happy till I signed up and paid the down payment. Then 9 days later I get a letter in mail saying payment due by 17th and I just signed up on Jan 4 was confused why you have to pay before a month is up. Tried to contact them kept getting auto system was very upset and still am.

Shi**y auto should be the name I would give this a zero star if I could. I was with safe auto for 2 years making my payments on time then suddenly that raise my rates it absolutely disappointing. Customer service didn't care. They didn't try to offer any kind of way to keep me as a customer. Got a great quote from geico and now I'm thankful I'm done with this shi**y company I hope they go bankrupt

Safe Auto Customer Service IS THE…WORSE Safe Auto Customer Service IS THE WORSE!! No one at Safe Auto is capable of answering the simplest questions. This "Company" charges me $75/mo for a "Non-Owner" Policy, but then starts harassing me 7 Days later for another Payment. I called in to find out "Why". N O O N E at Safe Auto has the competence to answer just a basic question. After 3 Employees, I began asking for a "manager", and then wait on hold for 15mins just to be told "There aren't any managers available" - I just hung up!!! This is PATHETIC

Always get the best price through Safe… Always get the best price through Safe Auto. Being able to purchase online at my convenience is an excellent feature. Happy with the company, but haven’t had to use it. Hopefully I dont ever have to file a claim, but if I do I hope they’re quick. L. Ray
