Safe Auto Customer Service IS THE…WORSE Safe Auto Customer Service IS THE WORSE!! No one at Safe Auto is capable of answering the simplest questions. This "Company" charges me $75/mo for a "Non-Owner" Policy, but then starts harassing me 7 Days later for another Payment. I called in to find out "Why". N O O N E at Safe Auto has the competence to answer just a basic question. After 3 Employees, I began asking for a "manager", and then wait on hold for 15mins just to be told "There aren't any managers available" - I just hung up!!! This is PATHETIC

Money Hungry The only reason I went with this company is because the rates for much lower than anyone else. I started my policy on January 27, 2023 I now owe another payment on February 9, 2023…. How? I haven’t even had coverage for 14 days…….. absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing went above and beyond to insure… Amazing went above and beyond to insure me on the spot while purchasing a new Jeep. Very much impressed and also really like the cost which was way lower then anyone else.
