Safe Auto Customer Service IS THE…WORSE Safe Auto Customer Service IS THE WORSE!! No one at Safe Auto is capable of answering the simplest questions. This "Company" charges me $75/mo for a "Non-Owner" Policy, but then starts harassing me 7 Days later for another Payment. I called in to find out "Why". N O O N E at Safe Auto has the competence to answer just a basic question. After 3 Employees, I began asking for a "manager", and then wait on hold for 15mins just to be told "There aren't any managers available" - I just hung up!!! This is PATHETIC

Payments due early instead of every 30 days Paid to start the policy and got another bill 12 days later. Instead of the policy renewing on the same day I started it every month it now looks like I’m paying it late. Silliest thing I’ve ever seen. I have exactly 30 days to pay it but after the 12th day it’s late and if it’s not paid by the date it should actually finally be due, it’s cancelled.

Major Fail Been a customer since 2014. Added a new truck to my policy before leaving the car lot. Was quoted on the phone that my new insurance payment would be $185. Eight days later, when my renewal came up, the payment was $229. I called and asked why, didn’t get a clear answer, asked to speak to manager and was told, “ You weren’t misquoted, she just didn’t have all the information in front of her. And you KNEW you had a renewal coming up!” Quoting incorrectly without all the information in front of you is misquoting. And apparently it’s my fault for being misquoted and not having a second job as an insurance agent.

Selecting the correct type of policy… Selecting the correct type of policy that I wanted should not have been hard. I wanted full coverage but was given the other. When I tried to upgrade I was told I couldn’t. Then I’m charged $6 to pay online, if you enclosed an envelope inside my billing I would just mail it in. I’m definitely changing providers. Please don’t call because this is set in stone

It was a hassle free experience It was a hassle free experience, I was paying way to much with my old insurance company, I got my new policy in 5 minutes from the comfort of my couch and no annoying phone calls. I put in what I wanted and and saved over $75 a month ! Thank you !!!!!!!
