Money Hungry The only reason I went with this company is because the rates for much lower than anyone else. I started my policy on January 27, 2023 I now owe another payment on February 9, 2023…. How? I haven’t even had coverage for 14 days…….. absolutely ridiculous.

User friendly app and prompt service I have been shopping for auto insurance for about a month and I kept getting the runaround from many companies. Needless to say, they were blowing up my phone and my email. Safe Auto is professional, without the nonsense of them sending you repetitively emails and text messages. I was happy till I signed up and paid… I was happy till I signed up and paid the down payment. Then 9 days later I get a letter in mail saying payment due by 17th and I just signed up on Jan 4 was confused why you have to pay before a month is up. Tried to contact them kept getting auto system was very upset and still am.

Payments due early instead of every 30 days Paid to start the policy and got another bill 12 days later. Instead of the policy renewing on the same day I started it every month it now looks like I’m paying it late. Silliest thing I’ve ever seen. I have exactly 30 days to pay it but after the 12th day it’s late and if it’s not paid by the date it should actually finally be due, it’s cancelled.
