Money Hungry The only reason I went with this company is because the rates for much lower than anyone else. I started my policy on January 27, 2023 I now owe another payment on February 9, 2023…. How? I haven’t even had coverage for 14 days…….. absolutely ridiculous.

It was a hassle free experience It was a hassle free experience, I was paying way to much with my old insurance company, I got my new policy in 5 minutes from the comfort of my couch and no annoying phone calls. I put in what I wanted and and saved over $75 a month ! Thank you !!!!!!!

User friendly app and prompt service I have been shopping for auto insurance for about a month and I kept getting the runaround from many companies. Needless to say, they were blowing up my phone and my email. Safe Auto is professional, without the nonsense of them sending you repetitively emails and text messages. Amazing insurance They help you get insurance right away & work a good deal for good insurance. The only thing is they should have a app but other then that I am one satisfied customer.

Selecting the correct type of policy… Selecting the correct type of policy that I wanted should not have been hard. I wanted full coverage but was given the other. When I tried to upgrade I was told I couldn’t. Then I’m charged $6 to pay online, if you enclosed an envelope inside my billing I would just mail it in. I’m definitely changing providers. Please don’t call because this is set in stone
