Money Hungry The only reason I went with this company is because the rates for much lower than anyone else. I started my policy on January 27, 2023 I now owe another payment on February 9, 2023…. How? I haven’t even had coverage for 14 days…….. absolutely ridiculous.

Payments due early instead of every 30 days Paid to start the policy and got another bill 12 days later. Instead of the policy renewing on the same day I started it every month it now looks like I’m paying it late. Silliest thing I’ve ever seen. I have exactly 30 days to pay it but after the 12th day it’s late and if it’s not paid by the date it should actually finally be due, it’s cancelled.

Nearly 5 Years - No Complaints! Getting insurance on day of car purchase (2018) was so quick/easy! At first, they freaked me out with the constant mailed "reminders" but once used to that - it's been smooth sailing! Literally, until one dark night couple yrs ago, coming home off night shift a deer vs. car happened to me! The claim process was MINDBOGGLINGLY quick/simple/easy-to-understand! The ONLY hold up was happened during "pandemic" and body-shop had issues getting parts... & then did a crappy-rush job... BUT my insurance company DID AWESOME! Fast fwd to now, recently paid off my car & decided to make change to policy. Again, so very customer-friendly, quick/easy - PAINLESS process. Thank You S/A for all your hard work!

Shi**y auto should be the name I would give this a zero star if I could. I was with safe auto for 2 years making my payments on time then suddenly that raise my rates it absolutely disappointing. Customer service didn't care. They didn't try to offer any kind of way to keep me as a customer. Got a great quote from geico and now I'm thankful I'm done with this shi**y company I hope they go bankrupt

If I could put a big fat 0 star I… If I could put a big fat 0 star I would. Do not let a guy name NATE PATTERSON take care of your claim, he is never at work, it took three weeks to finally get something done and by then there was no money left. I payed three weeks out of pocket for a rental and was never reimbursed, this man kept saying whenever I did get a hold of him he was gonna take care of it. (You Suck) This is one of the worst insurance companies I’ve ever encountered. They accept liability but don’t pay out claiming they’re responsible client only had 5000 liability and that the funds were exhausted due to storage and tow fees which means I got nothing and they have my car and I’m sure their going to sell it.
