Money Hungry The only reason I went with this company is because the rates for much lower than anyone else. I started my policy on January 27, 2023 I now owe another payment on February 9, 2023…. How? I haven’t even had coverage for 14 days…….. absolutely ridiculous.

I was happy till I signed up and paid… I was happy till I signed up and paid the down payment. Then 9 days later I get a letter in mail saying payment due by 17th and I just signed up on Jan 4 was confused why you have to pay before a month is up. Tried to contact them kept getting auto system was very upset and still am.

Amazing insurance They help you get insurance right away & work a good deal for good insurance. The only thing is they should have a app but other then that I am one satisfied customer.

User friendly app and prompt service I have been shopping for auto insurance for about a month and I kept getting the runaround from many companies. Needless to say, they were blowing up my phone and my email. Safe Auto is professional, without the nonsense of them sending you repetitively emails and text messages. Selecting the correct type of policy… Selecting the correct type of policy that I wanted should not have been hard. I wanted full coverage but was given the other. When I tried to upgrade I was told I couldn’t. Then I’m charged $6 to pay online, if you enclosed an envelope inside my billing I would just mail it in. I’m definitely changing providers. Please don’t call because this is set in stone
