GBUser friendly app and prompt service I have been shopping for auto insurance for about a month and I kept getting the runaround from many companies. Needless to say, they were blowing up my phone and my email. Safe Auto is professional, without the nonsense of them sending you repetitively emails and text messages. Within 10 minutes I was insured. Safe Auto is an easy app easy to use and user friendly. I highly recommend getting Safe Auto.

GBSafe Auto Customer Service IS THE…WORSE Safe Auto Customer Service IS THE WORSE!! No one at Safe Auto is capable of answering the simplest questions. This "Company" charges me $75/mo for a "Non-Owner" Policy, but then starts harassing me 7 Days later for another Payment. I called in to find out "Why". N O O N E at Safe Auto has the competence to answer just a basic question. After 3 Employees, I began asking for a "manager", and then wait on hold for 15mins just to be told "There aren't any managers available" - I just hung up!!! This is PATHETIC

GBShi**y auto should be the name I would give this a zero star if I could. I was with safe auto for 2 years making my payments on time then suddenly that raise my rates it absolutely disappointing. Customer service didn't care. They didn't try to offer any kind of way to keep me as a customer. Got a great quote from geico and now I'm thankful I'm done with this shi**y company I hope they go bankrupt

GBAlways get the best price through Safe… Always get the best price through Safe Auto. Being able to purchase online at my convenience is an excellent feature. Happy with the company, but haven’t had to use it. Hopefully I dont ever have to file a claim, but if I do I hope they’re quick. L. Ray
