When I tried to upgrade I was told I couldn’t. Then I’m charged $6 to pay online, if you enclosed an envelope inside my billing I would just mail it in. I’m definitely changing providers. Please don’t call because this is set in stone

Then 9 days later I get a letter in mail saying payment due by 17th and I just signed up on Jan 4 was confused why you have to pay before a month is up. Tried to contact them kept getting auto system was very upset and still am.

Do not let a guy name NATE PATTERSON take care of your claim, he is never at work, it took three weeks to finally get something done and by then there was no money left. I payed three weeks out of pocket for a rental and was never reimbursed, this man kept saying whenever I did get a hold of him he was gonna take care of it. (You Suck) This is one of the worst insurance companies I’ve ever encountered. They accept liability but don’t pay out claiming they’re responsible client only had 5000 liability and that the funds were exhausted due to storage and tow fees which means I got nothing and they have my car and I’m sure their going to sell it.
