I liked that I could take computer… I liked that I could take computer system in the main store or pay a 110.00 a hour visit to my house..since I have the royal protection plan..that cost 300.00 a year..

Purchased insurance, agents lied Purchased insurance, agent lied that I will be able to cancel it. Tried to cancel - they say I can't cancel because of the state law. Then other agent confirmed that it is cancelled and I will get a refund soon. Never got refund after 1.5 months
