GBHave had HPOA FOR BOUT 2 YEARS Have had HPOA FOR BOUT 2 YEARS. 3 days ago lost my furnace.Had 3 contractors come out 2of the 3 said do not fix replace other said $2880 his cost to repair but would not warranty it. Bothe heat exchangers went bad. HOPA OFFERED ME $700 I SAID NOT THE $750 I SAID NO THEN $1000 I SAID NO THEY THEN SAID SORRY YOUR OUT OF LUCK WE WONT PAY ANYMORE. PLEASE STAY AWAY THEY ARE GREAT UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROPLEM.tODAY OI TALKED TO 2 OTHER PROVIDERS ONE WAS CINCH they say they pay up to $10,000 for repairs. will sign up with them tomorrow STAY AWAY FROM HPOA NOT ANY GOOD
