GBI have tried to talk to anybody there… I have tried to talk to anybody there and set appointments up with Thomas Greenwell, and Kelly Valasquez, Cedric Keister. and none of them made the appointment, they all left me waiting by the phone. Trying to find out where the $250,000 I invested with them is at. These people can't keep an appointment how can they manage money? Never will I have any dealings with JD Mellberg AGAIN.

GBJeremy Mellberg is clearly losing it… Jeremy Mellberg is clearly losing it mentally. I contacted him a week ago asking for a transfer to my account, but he kept sending me weird messages that didn't make sense... So now I have to wait another week for what should have been a simple transfer.

GBMy representative was terrific My representative was terrific. He had a great get-to-know-you personality and went over and above the call of duty to find information of particular pertinence to my situation. However, it did take 2 hours to get down to "brass tacks" and consequently I was still at a loss as to exactly what the best route for me was, after the first meeting.

GBWhat would make a investor more at ease? The overall process of the transfer over to the annuity was a simple and understanding process, but as far as me as an investor knowing where/what my money is invested in is hard to find and understand. It would make it simpler if there was a spreadsheet that could be looked at showing each stock and what percentage was invested in each stock and showing what each stock had gained and lost. A report like what is given by an employer for their employee's 401k plan.
