Unfotunately a bad experience I unfortunately had a terrible experience with Peak Insurance Group on Oberlin Road in Raleigh, NC. I was told my homeowner's annual premium would be $755 if I switched to Safeco. I was told that was the multipolicy rate with combining home and auto. I was told in writing that I had up to one year to move my auto to Safeco. I was told I would receive the multipolicy discount for up to one year. I only switched because of the rate I was promised of $755. Not even a month into switching, I received a letter from Safeco saying that the multipolicy discount had been dropped. I immediately contacted the agent about the letter and said I have in writing where he told me I had up to a year to switch. He said he would talk to underwriting and that I was correct. After all of that, he said there was not anything that underwriting could do. I was misinformed and I have the rate I was told it would be in writing and that I had up to one year to switch auto. This carelessness resulted in a difference of $189 that I now have to pay. I work two jobs and cannot afford to have this happen. I would never have switched to this insurance company, had I known the rate would be $189 more than I was told. The agent was not understanding of how this impacted me, even though I explained my situation. He did not do anything to try to resolve the situation. I am extremely dissatisfied that I was misled.

Great Company I worked with Peak financial for my auto insurance - this was my first time I had to shop for car insurance and they made it so easy to understand and I felt like I got the best deal possible for what I needed! I will recommend Peak financial to friends and family!
