GBI have been trying for days I have been trying for days, during their posted business hours, to reach an associate. I need to cancel our policy and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone, always a recording. Their customer service is horrible. They continue to take my money and won’t answer the phone! How am I supposed to cancel this?

GBWon’t stop calling me even after request. I have asked them to stop calling (harassing) me. I feel their advertising was bait and switch. I block their phone number then they call from another one over and over again.

GBEversurance set up an automobile policy… Eversurance set up an automobile policy for us through Progressive Insurance. We supplied paperwork to our agent Sammy Bond did not put the paperwork through. He has now LIED about the paperwork and is refusing calls, and refuses to fix the situation. This has hurt our family in major ways and he knows it.
