Since I had a car that had a detailed electronic system they said all that would be cover, One year later I needed a repair for the emergency flashes, they said that was not covered. I cancelled my policy by the rules they requested. That was back in March 2018. They said they would refund my money. I spoke to them several times and said they would refund the money. Never received any money back. I contacted the "BBB" they contacted them, the company response was they would get the refund out to me very quickly. That was three months ago still nothing. Under no circumstances should anyone use this company, there is nothing they say or do that is to help the customer. Avoid at all cost

My experience with Patriot has never… My experience with Patriot has never been anything but outstanding and professional. This is my 3rd protection plan with them, and will continue to protect my vehicles with them in the future. The personal service and professionalism they offer and provide. It's nothing short of outstanding!! Thank you Patriot!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! I purchased an extended warranty from Patriot and 2 years later I decided to trade my vehicle in. I submitted the required notarized paperwork to them May 11, 2018 and as of today I still have not received a penny back from Patriot. My wife and I have called them more times than I can count and every single call goes to voicemail so they can screen who they speak to. We have left at least 20 voicemails and neither of us have received any contact from them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but I don't expect them to be able to get through to them either. Save your time and your MONEY and look elsewhere for an extended warranty. These guys are total scammers!
