Like talking to family The lady I spoke with was kind and easy to talk to. My last experience was so bad I almost cancelled. The lady talked over me and was so mean I actually almost cried. They raised my insurance and didn't tell me and she made me feel stupid for not knowing. My current phone call today was completely different. She laughed and was so helpful. Felt like I was talking to a family member.
