GBHELP HELP HELP At Qoverus I have today noticed a payment to yourselves of £27 come out of my account on 9th January which I was unaware I had signed up to. On checking through my bank I have noticed an other transaction of £27 taken on 30th of November. While reviewing your company on Trustpilot it would seem that you rely on people unsubscribing when completing an online purchase. I may have had emails and text from yourselves but due to the amount of fraud I have not opened them just deleted them. Trustpilot also shows through your company reviews that there are lots of people this happened to so it’s obviously something that is not clear you are signing up to when ordering from companies on line. I am writing to yourselves to remove all my information off your database and for the total money taken from my bank account of £54 returned. I also had just purchased products from TOWER LONDON Looking forward to your reply.

GBQoverus Criminals Absolute criminals. Took 100 pounds a month from my account for a ‘service’ I didn’t sign up for. Apparently supporting people to get a refund if they purchase something on line. Why would anyone need third party assistance for this. Steer clear. I am reporting to the digital fraud team..

GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam. This is the third time they have tried taking £27 from my account. The bank spotted it before the money could be taken however this is the third time my card as been blocked which has been nothing but an inconvenience for me. DO NOT use this company. His company only began trying to commit fraud after I bought a small appliance from Shopplay. Never again!

GBThis company are basically THIEVES This company are basically THIEVES. My son accidentally clicked on a pop up from Qoverus when buying food for his gecko. Un-benown to me since then they have been stealing £49 from my bank account EVERY month. They are an appalling bunch of crooks. I would not touch them with a bargepole.

GBTook money without consent or knowledge. I awoke this morning to find £27 pounds was taken from my bank account by this company, a company I had no knowledge exists. I can only assume my details have been sold on to them from a recent transaction. I've emailed customer service just now and waiting for a reply. I will gladly edit this review once this matter has been reviewed and resolved. NOTE: this situation was quickly rectified by customer services and so resolved. Thank you.
