How do you get these people to stop… How do you get these people to stop calling!! They never stop calling or texting me!! THIS IS HARASSMENT!! has anyone gotten through to them to STOP CALLING!! I’ve replied STOP on over 15 different text messages!!

Scammers I purchased a plan with them but they still were calling me 10 times or more after that with an offer. They don't see in a system that I already have a plan with them Me with my rep Alex Fabian spent on a phone about 30 min and he found a perfect plan that matches my needs It would cost about $100 But after he submitted my application I've got an invoice for $200+ He said - that's what an insurance company can offer me I agreed and the plan should have started in 14 days after my call On a day 14 as Alex said I should have received my documents and before that a temporary card with electronic card. I never received anything and when I called them and their reps heard that I got a plan already - just dropped a call. Finally after 7th try one rep told me that I'm actually rejected He promised that it takes up to 7 days to return my money and offered me to purchase a new plan for more money! I refused from that It's been a month and I still didn't receive a refund, it seems that they're scammers Before purchasing a plan I've checked their legitimacy and opinions were okay I wish I found TrustPilot reviews before so I'd never be a fool working with them

****SCAM**** Spoke to an agent to set me up with an affordable insurance policy. He was super helpful and got me hooked up with amazing health coverage. Then after the took $355 out of my bank account, I received my electronic copies of insurance cards. The coverage was NOWHERE even close to what I agreed to. There’s all kinds of discounts on gift cards, travel and miscellaneous crap. The “coverage” covers absolutely nothing useful. When I try to call the phone number and extension to speak to the person, the line hangs up. I receive upwards of 10-20 calls a day with their people trying to sign me up. I explain to them that I already signed up and they continue the same script over and over to get me to sign up again?? So I called one of the many phone numbers and asked for her to explain to me what exactly I signed up for and tried to get it all sorted out. She kept repeating herself asking if I need health coverage within 30 days. I told her to transfer me to someone else and then she continued to taunt me by repeating the same question over and over again. I’ve gone to my bank and filed a fraud report, changed all my info and followed that up with a police report. The bank said they have been trying to take money out every single day since the 31st. This company is a horrible scam.

Scam Scam. Was looking for health insurance and their website came up first. Filled up all my information but never got a quote. Just a number to call. So I called. I spoke with a salesman with high pressure tactics and when I said I just wasn't interested anymore, he tried scaring me about getting hit by a car the next day and that then I would need insurance. Then he just hung up. Completely inappropriate spokesperson.

Don't give them your phone number! Ugh. I made the mistake of entering my phone number on their website to receive a quote. Now they won't stop calling, texting and emailing me. I went on their website to contact customer service and they have a Do Not Contact request in their dropdown. I entered my phone number again on this. Hope it works and they stop calling soon.
