Awesome Service with the best team! I had the best team assisting me at Veterans United and my overall experience was a 10 out of a 10, I truly had outstanding service. Shawnee, Marianne, and Rhiannon went over and beyond for me, communicated well & were with me through the entire buying process. If I am going to purchase a home again or recommend a team I am going to ask for the same team I had. If you are looking for a lender who actually listens to the customer I would recommend Veterans United.

What made my experience so great was… What made my experience so great was the one on one interaction with their agent Sam. He was referred to me by a friend after they purchased a home and although I did not buy a house when I thought I would Sam made sure to stay in touch with me. So when I was ready to buy a home a almost a year later I felt comfortable reaching out to him and he went above and beyond to beat every lenders rate while making me feel like I wasn’t being a headache lol.

The whole team got us to close within… The whole team got us to close within 30 days with ease. I work in banks and I have seen mortgages go sideways quickly. We were handled with professionalism and the app was amazing. Everything was easy to sign and all the paperwork was easy to upload. Would use them and recommend them to everyone I know.

10 Stars! My first conversation with Ashlyn with VU was very informative, she took her time to explain the home buying process. Rob & Cheyanne explained in detail what another lender wouldn’t take the time to explain to me. The other lender would always give me the run around about closing costs and they would take days if they got back to me. Ashlyn, Rob, and Cheyanne responded quickly, and when I asked the same question twice sometimes to make sure I understood it, they would take their time to explain everything and provide me with paperwork to back up what they said. They all were AWESOME to work with. My experience with VU was outstanding! They helped our dream come true. Thank you!
