Rob & Cheyanne explained in detail what another lender wouldn’t take the time to explain to me. The other lender would always give me the run around about closing costs and they would take days if they got back to me. Ashlyn, Rob, and Cheyanne responded quickly, and when I asked the same question twice sometimes to make sure I understood it, they would take their time to explain everything and provide me with paperwork to back up what they said.
