When I first called to inquire, the loan officer explained my different options and what might fit my specific situation best. Then she told me exactly what I would need to have for the documentation, which I was mostly able to email ahead of time. Harmonie & Angie of LPI (Des Moines) ROCKSTARS! Harmonie & Angie of the Des Moines office aren’t just the business. They are the human aspect of what is so rare in today's society. They put themselves in each and every person’s unique situation and never judge. They go above and beyond to work with each and every customer, one on one, to draft a plan of action that meets his/her specific needs. I was in a dark place and I had no idea how I was going to get back on track to financial stability without losing everything.
