GB5 Star Customer Service! I noticed i had not received my payout into my bank account. The representative i spoke with checked and verified the information and it was determined I made a typo. He went so far as to check with their accounting department and he actually called me back to let me know next steps. Wait there's more... The next day he called me back to let me know the payment had been returned to them and it was going out in an hour to my correct bank information. Just when you think customer service has diminished!
