It automatically knew my office, my pending deals and it was very clear how much I could take out. I did the quick application, & I legit had the wire done in less than an hour, and the money came through a short while later. I am sure your broker has to be on top of things like mine is to get it that fast, but it was soooo seamless. Sure, there is a fee, but think of it like "interest" when you take out a loan, but instead of using a loan, you're essentially borrowing from your future self with an added fee for convienence. When you need money to get you through between closings, come here! VERY IMPRESSED.
