When I have questions, a real person answers My representative makes a point of getting in touch with me on a regular basis to understand our business' needs. I feel like he's taken the time to get to know us. When I have questions, I can call him and I know he'll be available.

While always the skeptic While always the skeptic, I was looking for a company that was flexible and willing to work with me for what I needed, not for what they had to offer.
