What customers need to know. We wanted the weekly payment taken out of our payment account instead of our deposit account. We requested the change and sent in the items your company requested. We have never heard from you. Our account is very upset over your behavior and as a result we will not do business with you after this loan is paid off. Also someone from your company called right after we were funded and threatened us with dire consequences if we spoke to some other type of lender.
