Game Changer Honestly, this company is game changing! I only write reviews when I receive outstanding service, and let me tell you, at Alloy, I did! Since the moment I requested the packet, I texted and customer support has been with me every step of the way! Literally any question or worry I had, they were right there to answer, instantly ! The packet came quick, and the shipping back is even quicker! Newer company ironing out some issues Started out strong but ran into issues. Had high hopes for the company since it advertised full transparency from unboxing to testing to pricing…waiting over 2 weeks for a shipping label to be delivered. Edit…my location was an issue and that’s been addressed by Kevin in customer service. My items will be evaluated soon and plan on making another edit on the overall process once complete…but has been a pleasant experience so far. Final edit…items were evaluated and tested. A very competitive offer was given, accepted it and chose a payout via direct deposit which only took a day to receive funds. All said & done it was a pretty straight forward process and I will be sending my next batch of odd and ends to them. A+
