Our experience with Hometap. Our assigned Investment Manager, Keith Lindsey, could not have been nicer! Very helpful in the procedure and understanding what was needed, etc. All went fast and smooth, all the way until the final investment disclosure documents were sent to us to read over carefully. We had our financial adviser read over the disclosure and we found that most of the waivers were very vague and not clear to her or us. Our assigned manager Keith took note of all our concerns and questionable waivers and handed them over to his support group for answers and clarification. The answers from the support group that came back were not fully understood or clarified. If better understanding and changes made to the disclosure, we may have gone through with this deal.

A great experience The process was straightforward and our investment counselor Victoria was AWESOME!!! She kept us updated and always got back to us quickly and made sure all our questions were answered and fully explained. I had plenty of time to review the investment, and options. The appraisal was quick and I felt very fair and accurate, all things considered it was a quick and easy process!
