A few months later and Im still happy A few months later and Im still so happy I chose Hometap! Before I started I compared companies and read all the 1,2,3 star reviews. I got to work with Keith and after bringing up any concerns he answered all my questions, was very thorough in this process and communicated all the details on time. He was very efficient and made everything pretty easy to understand. The timing of the whole process took us about 5.5-6 weeks ISH. It could have been shorter but I found I had 2 liens on my property but Keith walked me through that as well and we were soon back on our way to getting financed. The interactive web tools available really helped to understand what I can plan for when it does come to pay off. Really easy site to navigate. Our experience with Hometap. Our assigned Investment Manager, Keith Lindsey, could not have been nicer! Very helpful in the procedure and understanding what was needed, etc. All went fast and smooth, all the way until the final investment disclosure documents were sent to us to read over carefully. We had our financial adviser read over the disclosure and we found that most of the waivers were very vague and not clear to her or us. Our assigned manager Keith took note of all our concerns and questionable waivers and handed them over to his support group for answers and clarification. The answers from the support group that came back were not fully understood or clarified. If better understanding and changes made to the disclosure, we may have gone through with this deal.

Excellent customer service Colin was great from start to finish. He kept us updated and answered all our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend him and Hometap.
