GBMy experience was a great one but voided check requirement needs updated. My experience was a great one due to the ease of the application process, however, the requirement for voided checks needs to be amended. Many businesses no longer use voided checks like mine. We are paperless now so that hard requirement needs to be updated to reflect your customer. I ended up just sending a screen shot of my business account online.

GBDefinitely up there with best customer service I have ever experienced The staff (like Justin) and Forward are so approachable and helpful and understand that sometimes things don't go quite to plan. We suffered in the hurricane which put us off track a little, but they are always constructive and solution driven and very supportive of our business and its growth. Definitely up there with best customer service I have ever experienced.
