My usual rep My usual rep, Armando Yee, had to leave to take care of family. Armando has always treated me as if I were special. The rep that took his place treated me as if he were selling socks.! If I had to deal with anyone other than Armando, I would deal with another company.

I was introduced to Luke and he explained the options we could go with. No pressure to make a decision during that first call. He sent me out a packet and called back on the date and time we had agreed to. Again I had more questions and needed more time to discuss with my partner. We made our decision and Luke walked us through the process. He was fabulous. I also worked with Brooke who helped with getting some paperwork completed and also dealing with my retirement custodian.
