I was introduced to Luke and he explained the options we could go with. No pressure to make a decision during that first call. He sent me out a packet and called back on the date and time we had agreed to. Again I had more questions and needed more time to discuss with my partner. We made our decision and Luke walked us through the process. He was fabulous. I also worked with Brooke who helped with getting some paperwork completed and also dealing with my retirement custodian. That was a little tricky, only because of the company had issues with understating what to do. We finally landed with a service rep who knew the process. Brooke was so patient with them. In the end all went well and I am very pleased!!!
