First review had to be edited, after the phone calls, voice mails and text from the Manager Monica! Very easy process.....and customer service was great from the Delaware location...on 4/03/24. But unfortunately my first payment date approaches and I make payment the day before the payment date,and the next day a get a call from the" Manager "Monica telling me my bank took the payment back(My bank has no idea what they are talking about by the way)...5 minutes into the conversation it was found, never received an apology. The morning of 2nd payment day I'm getting flooded with calls voice-mails and text messages stating that my payment is late,the day has barely started, Im over Monica and MLC!!
