Hearing what real people have to think about financial services they have actual experience with is an extremely valuable resource to have at the tips of your fingertips. People can be warned about banks that tend to be shady, have poor customer service, or extremely high fees. Picking a good bank or financial service is super important, and picking wrongly can have big negative consequences on your life. I really like this site, and I plan on using it to check out what people are saying before I join any new financial service!
