GBWorst Customer Service I got involved with LoanGlide through my contractor. Due to my good credit history, my loan was approved instantly and and the first payment (50%) was released to the contractor with no issues. However, for the release of remaining loan, I had to go back and forth between LoanGlide and FiveStar bank. When I spoke to FiveStar bank’s supervisor to release the reminder of the loan I was told that from the bank’s point of view everything was OK and they were waiting for LoanGlide’s approval. And when I called the LoanGlide they gave excuses that the problem was with the bank. After making several calls for at-least two days, I was finally told that everything was OK and the the money will be released to the contractor the next day. However, I called LoanGlide the next day to find if the payment was remitted to the contractor as promised, I was told that I have to revisit the portal to resubmit my authorization of the payment again. Hmmmm…why didn’t they told me yesterday- instead of telling me everything was OK. Not only that, they even didn’t call me to inform to resubmit the authorization, until I called them. Their customer service is horrible and I will never deal with them again.
