Clickstart Mortgage was a refreshing experience! Dealing with Chris from start to finish was a joy! Chris was either always available when we called or if he was on the phone he would get back to us in a short time. Our past experience with our own mortgage company was completely different. We never did speak directly to our assigned loan officer and almost every time we called them we ended up speaking to a different person, which became extremely frustrating. Clickstart Mortgage was completely the opposite. We dealt with Chris from the beginning right through to the end. It was seamless and very refreshing.

Been involved with several closings and they made a nightmare experience with a local bank who was using slimy tactics to hostage my inspection be an absolute smooth process.. not only did I get a better rate and save but they also got it done in record timing. Wished I had been introduced to them sooner! Goes to show you should shop things and agents may not have your best interest.

What happened to doing business in an adult manner? The experience was long and very annoying. While we thought we were doing business with an adult...apparently we were not. When one is managing, running or owning a financial business, it is not a good look when your business picture is of you wearing a baseball cap on backwards. That just soured me even more on this experience. Appearances still do matter.

Great experience They were hands on, helping me thru my conditions of my loan. Calling local companies to help me find the right people to get my house to pass conditions. He was very understanding to my needs and very compassionate towards my situation and my sure I was ok.
