He spent a great deal of time, making sure I understood everything. If I didn't, he spent as much time as needed. He stayed in touch with me every step of the way. When something didn't show up when expected he would call me. Alternate measures were suggested to take care of the missing check. It was cancelled and resent in the provided FedEx envelope. Aaron texted me when it arrived; then, he called to inform me that my purchases were in progress. Very reassuring with all the information!!
