GBSatisfied in Ohio Hanny Newlander was very helpful in answering my questions. As we talked, she directed me to a web page in real time that we used simultaneously to support the information she was sharing with me.

GBIt is the people Allegiance is as good as its people. I would like to highlight one of them who personifies the personal attention I received. Hanny Newlander has been absolutely wonderful. She is exceptional at what she does, responsive, organized and dependable. After Jim left, I felt lost. Hanny has helped me each time I needed, to get information or to take some action. Thank you, Hanny. Your assistance has been invaluable to me.

We were thankful to have her patience and direction while staying with us on the phone as we went through what could have been a very tedious process. She made it smooth and even enjoyable! 5 stars for Hanny!
