Update on last review When we have questions we cannot get answers. When we want money. It’s really hard to get in touch with r advisor n hard to get information. Update on above Review: I'm 83 years old and when I wrote the above review I was frustrated because I couldn't get in touch with my advisor right away. My impatience and frustration caused me to write a less than favorable review. Since then he has contacted me & answered all of my questions & concerns. What a wonderful man whom I trust.

My experience was great!… My experience was great because Sean Medrano explained in great detail the whole process in converting my Fidelity account into a gold account that I have been wanting to do. And he aways keep in touch with me even after the process. If I have any questions he is always there to answer them.

I felt ripped off by another company that set up my IRA I was working with another company that ripped me off and then was going to move my precious metals to the east coast Alex and Hannah kept my metals out west and were a dream to work with When I'm ready to open another metal IRA I'll be sure to contact Alex to set it up

They're very helpful. The people at Allegiance Gold have been so good to work with. From the beginning when I joined their company and now when I needed to do a liquidation to be able to purchase my home about two weeks ago. I've had nothing but good service from each and every one I've spoken with. In particular, Hanny Newlander was extremely helpful getting me what I needed to make it all happen, but they've all been great. Also, they're knowledgeable about what's going on in the precious metals market. It's been a pleasure working with them.
