USMy experience was great!… My experience was great because Sean Medrano explained in great detail the whole process in converting my Fidelity account into a gold account that I have been wanting to do. And he aways keep in touch with me even after the process. If I have any questions he is always there to answer them.

USUpdate on last review When we have questions we cannot get answers. When we want money. It’s really hard to get in touch with r advisor n hard to get information. Update on above Review: I'm 83 years old and when I wrote the above review I was frustrated because I couldn't get in touch with my advisor right away. My impatience and frustration caused me to write a less than favorable review. Since then he has contacted me & answered all of my questions & concerns. What a wonderful man whom I trust.
