GBPoor system I was given the loan but it is impossible to change bank information without jumping through hoops when you made a slight error in the numbers. To prevent this, there should be verification or you need to type it in twice. Not only did I not gain access to the money but now I will be expected to pay payments on money I did not receive because of a simple error.

GBWhen I called in to payoff my loan last… When I called in to payoff my loan last mid-last-week no one could pull up my account. Multiple people said they had no record of my loan and that was 2 weeks after the disbursement. That’s not normal and wasted a lot of my time. I was able to go online and pay off the loan but not until after I spend a lot of time calling in. Major annoyance for a customer not to be able to speak to customer service about their account when they’re brand new. That’s why I gave MobilLoans the bad review. Olga I see you relied to my review with an Irrelevant response which represents how your company operates. Your agents said that there is no account with ANY of the information that I gave them, which included everything but my blood type. So that’s a bunch of nonsense to say about safeguarding my info - unless you’re safeguarding the customer info from THEMSELVES, there is no reason why none of the customer service reps weren’t able to find my account at all. If I could give you zero starts after your reply to this review, I would. Worst customer service experience ever. Seriously, Olga
