Explanation on annual fees and misleading due date He/She had every answer to my questions with quick results. & also very understanding on explaining the answers to my questions! They even gave me the exact due date of payments for my account which was one of the things I was confused about.

Cassandra was clear and concise... Cassandra was clear and concise.... I ran into an issue with paying and she gave every option so that my account did not end up in collections.
