USLook somewhere else Hi, I have been a customer for many years! Have never missed a payment! I have a family emergency and hoping to refinance. Then I found out they changed there system without informing there customers. I have made 20 alloment payments on my account and still no refinance? Could not get any answers from customer service or anything! I would be looking somewhere else in the future. I have been a customer for 4 years! Again, I reached to them several times and no response. They said just right below to reach out to them! This use to be a good company, very easy to work with. Just out of know where, not a word to there customers. They changed policy and haven't even updated there site on any changes! Get no answer about anything! Veto Damiano
