I do recommend them if you want a fresh start. From the very beginning the process was explained upfront, directly, and honestly. The customer service is outstanding (so far). The only thing I have issue with are the fees, the interest rate I received, and charges per settlement payment made. But, overall the Credit9 service as a whole (from my experience) has been a very honest and positive. I do recommend them if you want a fresh start.

Customers beware Customers beware, this company will settle your creditors but wait til everything's is done Credit9 will charge you very very high interest and finance charge that is just as much as what you owe. I started with Amercor and ended up with Credit9 cause they were going to settle my debt quicker but when I found out the interest and finance charge was off the roof and now I owe them more then my debit. I owed in debt 22,000 and now I owe credit9 42,000 !!!!

Life saving relief The credit9 program has allowed me to free up extra money every month so I may build up a savings account. This way when emergencies happen I can pay for them rather than borrow money. With the current interest rates you end up paying three times what the original cost was to fix the problem.
