But the staff here are beyond awesome and received the most best customer service and help one can get. Customer Service is always super polite and more than willing to help not to mention extremely Patient as well. It was a great experience, and the client representative (Jerome) was exceptional. To apply, your contract, and payment status.. When you first apply, they go over your contract with you to make sure you understand everything before you sign. They are understanding and courteous. If you have questions later on there more than happy to help you. They also let you know that they received your payment and how much you owe. At first I was skeptical being this firm was in the internet and being my credit score was low but they understood and gave me a chance to help me. I am grateful.
