Don’t waste your time on this one. Getting a mortgage is easier than getting a loan from these guys. I applied for a very small loan and I had to send the same documents over and over and over again. I sent them the proof of rental income, they couldn’t add it to my income. I asked them to remove it as I was still showing a high income. Then they began asking for the proof of relating my pay stubs to my employer!!!! I had to pull out my employment history to prove that I was working for my employer for these many years until now.
