Everything went very well and we were… Everything went very well and we were able to close very quickly. There was one small issue that came up when the funds were being transferred and the information used to make the transfer was not complete which caused a one-day delay in the transfer. Other than that, everything went very smoothly.

THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FEES FOR MISTAKES THEY MAKE!!! ABSOLUTELY A NIGHTMARE!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE TRUSTING THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. THEY MADE AN ACCOUNT ERROR ON MY ACCOUNT AND ARE CHARGING ME FOR AN ADDITIONAL TRANSACTION FEE DUE TO THEIR SYSTEM ERROR. I REQUESTED FOR THEM TO WAIVE THE FEE AND THEY DECLINED THAT FEE. THATS A FEE OF OVER $600!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY.
