USDon’t understand! It’s been a month and have not even received my package of jewelry back after we both agreeing for it to be sent back and have Sent email after email asking about my package and trying to find out what the deal was and why I have not received it back yet and still no response from them! This is unacceptable and seems like to me that they just kept my lil bit of jewelry and why I don’t get cause isn’t much but it’s mine but because they won’t answer my email and let me know something to where I can locate my jewelry and I have no jewelry then seems like something is up and this is unacceptable and will be looking in to this to see what can be done about this and not receiving my jewelry! Bet that!

USEven though I had mailed the gold and… Even though I had mailed the gold and received a receipt from Fedex, it wasn't listed as having even been received in their system. It never showed up, even after I already got an offer. I was worried the package was lost. If you don't buy an item, it should get returned.

USI'm impressed! I have used other gold services before and have been underwhelmed. I am pleased to say I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and efficiency of this company! It took a few extra days to get my kit, but once I sent it in, I had a fair payment within a couple of days. I would recommend their services and use them again without hesitation!

USI was skeptical about doing this online… I was skeptical about doing this online and sending off my items but from the moment I requested a kit everything went smoothly! The customer service rep were super helpful and I got constant updates on where my items were and then when my money would be arriving. A+ Service
